From the late 70s period that saw the advent of punk rock and CBGB and girls like Debbie Harry . . . For the designers at Arpeja, it was clearly out with Rapunzel dresses and romantic poet sleeves, and in with high-gloss, dangerous glamour . . . It kind of blows our minds that this dress is by Young Edwardian, the vibe is anything but their usual pretty-pretty prairie princess vibe . . . it must indeed have been a real moment for them!
Wow! Black PVC slip dress that is way sexy. Inky wet black fabric is almost like ciré. Most liquid, with an extremely deep vee neckline plunging between the breasts and a tie to keep everything in its place. The cut-in armholes form straps. A slit at center back neckline closes with covered button and loop. Elasticized empire waist and a narrow skirt that falls to the ankles with a deep slit center front. Hand washable.
All in mint condition and astonishingly modern in style. Meow!
